SHOP/PROJECT MANAGER

Veloce Motorsports—specialists in servicing Ferrari, Lamborghini, McLaren, and exotic cars—is busier than ever…don’t miss this RARE opportunity! Our busy and growing shop performs service, engine rebuilds, and light restoration work for the most modern exotics to vintage collector cars.

We are currently looking for a Shop/Project Manager in Kirkland, WA that is willing to be creative in applying a variety of skills to help oversee the shop. This role oversees day-to-day operations with responsibilities including managing the schedule; preparing estimates and invoices; paperwork; parts sourcing; and shop/office organization. Additional aspects of the role include building strong relationships with existing and prospective customers, coordinating brand awareness efforts, and occasionally helping hands-on with technicians. There's plenty of room to grow new skills at Veloce Motorsports!

Unlike at typical dealerships and volume shops, our business of servicing rare and specialized vehicles creates unique challenges since there are no same-day parts vendors plus some parts are unobtanium. This creates an exciting opportunity that encourages success for someone creative in problem solving and willing to roll up their sleeves to research parts, procedures, and discover parts from unusual sources.

To be effective at this job, the individual must be able to conduct themselves and speak in a professional manner. Knowledge of major car components and previous exposure to the automotive industry is necessary. Since this role interfaces directly with the customer, a genuinely friendly and customer service-oriented attitude is necessary.

No two days will be alike – you must be flexible, have a good sense of humor, love cars and be comfortable operating in an exciting, dynamic, sometimes chaotic but always professional environment. As a small, specialized shop there is no bureaucracy or politics. You will be an integral part of this company, working directly with the owner to help oversee, manage, and grow the business.
